“Cooking has to be fun!” Our Chef de Cuisine, Manuel Weigele, creates many delicacies in our kitchen according to this motto. He found his love for the culinary arts as a child and has not lost it after 17 years of experience in various kitchens.
His four year stint in Mallorca has left its mark – his dishes have Spanish and Mediterranean influences. However, one cannot leave out his local background therefore describing his culinary style as “lokally-mediterranean.”
